These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Florida Outdoor Designs website, our lead forms, and our free 3D design offer. By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Florida Outdoor Designs is a Florida licensed and insured outdoor remodeling contractor based at 6131 Anderson Rd, Tampa, FL 33634. We design and build outdoor living spaces for residential properties in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties.

2. Services We Offer

We provide design and construction services for:

• Pool remodels (existing pools only — we do not perform new pool construction)
• Outdoor kitchens
• Pergolas and pavilions
• Pavers and hardscape
• Spool installation
• Full backyard transformations
• Outdoor living design-build and select home additions

Services are available only to property owners (or their authorized representatives) within our service area.

3. Eligibility

To submit a request through this website you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are the owner of the property, or are authorized to request work on the owner's behalf
• The property is located in Hillsborough, Pinellas, or Pasco county, Florida
• The information you provide is accurate

4. The Free 3D Design Offer

Our free 3D design is offered to qualified homeowners as part of our consultation process. By requesting it you understand and agree that:

• The offer carries no obligation to purchase, sign, or commit to a contract.
• The 3D design is delivered after an on-site consultation where we collect measurements and project details.
• We may decline to prepare a design if your project falls outside our service area, scope, or qualification criteria (for example: new pool construction, rental properties without owner authorization, or out-of-area requests).
• The 3D design and any concept materials we share remain the intellectual property of Florida Outdoor Designs until a contract for construction is signed.
• Final pricing, scope, and timelines are confirmed only in a written, signed proposal or contract — not in early communications, ads, or the website.

5. Communications and Consent

By submitting a form or providing your phone number you consent to be contacted by Florida Outdoor Designs and its representatives by phone call, SMS, and email regarding your project, scheduling, follow-up, and related promotional offers. SMS frequency varies based on your project status. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or by emailing info@floridaoutdoorsdesign.com. Operational messages tied to an active project may continue after opting out of marketing.

6. Marketing, Ads, and Website Tracking

We advertise on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms. Our website uses cookies, the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and server-side tracking to measure ad performance and improve user experience. 7. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, photographs, illustrations, design layouts, and code — is owned by Florida Outdoor Designs or licensed to us, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. We make reasonable efforts to keep website content accurate and up to date. Project examples, prices mentioned in ads, timelines, and service descriptions are illustrative — final scope, materials, and pricing are confirmed only in a signed proposal or contract. We may update or change content at any time without notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior twelve (12) months, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), whichever is greater. Construction work, when commissioned, is governed by the terms of the separately signed construction contract.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Florida Outdoor Designs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the website will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
